You just found out you are HIV positive. What do you do now?  It can be a very scary time, and you will undoubtedly have MANY questions.  The diagnosis may have caught you completely off guard, or maybe a part of you already knew and had been emotionally preparing for this day.  In either case, don’t beat yourself up.  Try to stay calm and rational. Don’t hide away ashamed of your status, and go untreated.
