Christian Chavez & Anahi's New Music Video "Libertad"
Christian Chavez along with Anahi, both originally from RBD, a Latino pop group, have released a new single called "Libertad" (or "Freedom"). It's message is similar to Lady Gaga's "Born This Way", because it is an ode to liberty of being who you are and freedom of expression. While the video does show party scenes there are images of important trailblazers from the gay rights movement, including some of Harvey Milk, and images from the civil rights movement, including some of Martin Luther King Jr., throughout the video. At the end they dedicate the video to "every soul in the world in search of a cry for Freedom" ("Dedicado a cada alma en el mundo en busca de un grito de LIBERTAD"). Son muy valientes y maravillosos!
