In The Life Media produces change through innovative media that exposes social injustice by chronicling lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender life and providing there audiences with effective ways to advance equality within and beyond our communities.  Watch one of their videos below discussing the ball culture in New Jersey.  The 1990 documentary "Paris is Burning" revealed the vibrant and decadent ball culture of New York City. Today, in Newark, New Jersey, the ball scene is thriving but with an emphasis on alterative families, safe-sex education, and positive role-modeling providing direction and hope for LGBT minority youth.
